I had a really unpleasant experience with Valenna. Initially, they were very helpful over WhatsApp when I reached out. I wanted to order additional items, so I waited before placing my order but got a quote in the meantime. When I was finally ready to place the order, it took two days for someone to respond and assist me. I specifically mentioned that I needed the order delivered within the week, and they mentioned that they will send my order out the same day and I would receive it in time, but the person assisting me kept delaying and eventually stopped responding altogether. Despite calling, texting, and following up repeatedly, I couldn’t get proper assistance. When I finally managed to place the order, the parcel was delayed—this was especially frustrating as it was meant for my retired boss. To make matters worse, when the parcel eventually arrived, some items were missing. I tried reaching out again via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages, but I never received any response. I’m deeply disappointed because I had high hopes for their service and thought I’d found a reliable supplier. Unfortunately, they’ve lost me as a customer.

Their products are affordable and good quality. Recently bought their notebooks for final year speech therapy students and everyone loved them.
Here’s some info and guidelines if you haven’t submitted your designs.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DO DESIGN WORK, ONLY SUBMIT FINAL READY-TO-PRINT DESIGNS.
General Info:
- You are welcome to use our designs from the website.
In that case, if you havent already, please supply a link/name of the item on the website which you want used and all other details on how you want the design edited/altered. - If supplying us custom designs/artwork:
- All notebook, planner, diary, notepad designs must be submited as ready to print and in .pdf formart.
- We will not edit nor correct your designs, please make sure you submit finalised designs.
- To avoid loss of quality or pixilation, make sure you make and export your designs in the same size as the notebook, planner, diary, notepad to be made e.g., if you need an A4 sized notebook, make sure your designs are made in A4 size before exporting to .pdf.
- Please make sure your PDFs are Flattened before sending them to us.Â
- If you’re using Canva as your design software, please do not export your design to .pdf/.png. Send us a direct link to the designs and we’ll download it ourselves. Before sharing your Canva link, please click on “Share”, then under “Collaboration Link”, please change from ‘Only you can access’ to ‘Anyone with link’.
What We Need:Â
FOR PENS & PENCILS: The list of names/text as CSV file or an MS Excel file (.xls, .xlxs)
FOR NOTEBOOK/PLANNER/DIARY ORDERS:
- The cover design – This is the outer cover.
- The inner cover design – This is the first page which usually contains logo/name. We make this page thicker than the rest of the inner pages, and thinner than the outer cover. If no custom design is supplied, it will be left blank.
- The inner pages:
- This is the bulk of the inner pages on which the user writes on.Â
- When designing the layout of your pages, please remember that the even pages will appear on the left hand side after printing and the odd pages will appear on the right hand side.
FOR NOTEPAD ORDERS:
- For regular notepads – The pages design on which the user writes on.
- For exampads:
- The inner pages – These are the pages design on which the user writes on.
- The cover design – This is the outer flip cover which stays on when the user writes and tears the inner pages.
FOR STICKER ORDERS:
- A4 sheets of your stickers in .pdf formart.
- Please add a black solid outline on each sticker image. Cutting machines will use this line to know where to cut.
- The black outline must be at least 3 mm away from where you want the actual cut to be made.
Next Steps:
- Prep your designs.
- Make payment based on your quote. The bank details are in the quote.
- Forward your designs and proof of payment to [email protected].
- Please include your quote number in the subject line.
- No need for prrof-of-payment if paid via card.
- The email should also include your Shipping Details – Full Name, Full Address + Zip Code, and Calls Contact Number where the courier can reach you for delivery.
