I love my custom planners. The team was professional throughout the entire process. When I started, my design was not correctly sized; I was assisted to make the correct changes. The turnaround was swift and my planners were shipped with a note that will help me have even better results when I order again (and gorgeous freebies!!!).

I ordered a few things. The main thing being the custom journal. It was really good. WAY better than expected. The custom pencils were really cute but some had the rubber chipped or the paint color scrapped, it wouldn't be good purchases, but overall good.

Valenna delivered promptly and kept me updated with tracking my parcel, which arrived in perfect condition. The products are true to the images, and I love my pastel coloured pencils. Great job, thank you.
