Points and Rewards
General Info.
- Your account will be automatically created when you place your first order.
- You’ll earn 1 point for each R10 spent.
- Points are automatically assigned to your account/email after placing an order.
- Redeeming rate: 1 Point = R1.
- Redeeming limit: R120 per order.
- Your cart must be atleast R250 to redeem your earned points.
- All points expire on 31 December each year.
- Custom and Wholesale orders are not eligible for the Points & Rewards program.
- Products on sale are not eligible for the for the Points & Rewards program.
How to Redeem.
- You can only redeem points when you’re logged into your account.
- How to login:
- Login during checkout:
- Enter your email address in the email field.Â
- You’ll be asked if you’d like to Login or ‘Checkout as Guest’. Please select ‘Login’ and enter your password.
- Your points will be automatically retrieved from your account right there on checkout page.
- Enter the amount of points you’d like to redeem and apply your discount.
- Login before checkout using from My Account, then:
- Proceed to checkout, and your points will be automatically retrieved from your account, or
- Navigate to ‘My Points‘ in your account dashboard and create a coupon code from your earned points.
- Use this coupon at checkout or
- Share the coupon code with friends & family.
