Points and Rewards

General Info.

1. Your account will be automatically created when you place your first order.
2. You’ll earn 1 point for each R10 spent.
3. Points are automatically assigned to your account/email after placing an order.
4. Redeeming rate: 1 Point = R1.
5. Redeeming limit: R120 per order.
6. Your cart must be atleast R250 to redeem your earned points.
7. All points expire on 31 December each year.
8. Custom and Wholesale orders are not eligible for the Points & Rewards program. 
9. Products on sale are not eligible for the for the Points & Rewards program.

How to Redeem.

1. You can only redeem points when you’re logged into your account.
2. How to login:

• • Login during checkout:
    • Enter your email address in the email field. 
    • You’ll be asked if you’d like to Login or ‘Checkout as Guest’. Please select ‘Login’ and enter your password.
    • Your points will be automatically retrieved from your account right there on checkout page.
    • Enter the amount of points you’d like to redeem and apply your discount.
  • Login before checkout using from My Account, then:
    • Proceed to checkout, and your points will be automatically retrieved from your account, or
    • Navigate to ‘My Points‘ in your account dashboard and create a coupon code from your earned points.
    • Use this coupon at checkout or
    • Share the coupon code with friends & family.
