General Shipping Info.
- All orders are shipped from Capetown.
- Paper stationery items (notebooks, notepads, stickers, bookmarks) are most of the time customised.
Each order is unique, so we do not keep pre-made stationery as we cannot predict the customisation you may need.
Each order is made from scratch at the time of purchase. - Please allow at-least 2-3 days for processing depending on the type, quantity and designs.
If your order is urgent, please select the “Expedited Processing” option at checkout for same day processing. - After processing an order, a courier is alerted to collect your order and it can take up to 24hrs for them to collect.
- Depending on where you are in South Africa and your shipping option, it takes 1 – 7 working days for you to receive your order after collection by courier.
- Unless specified, the shipping options below are for nationwide deliveries to your door
Shipping Options
- Overnight @ R150 (0 – 2kg; +R46/kg thereafter) : 1 – 3 days*
- Economy @ R100 (0 – 2kg; +R15/kg thereafter) : 2 – 4 days*
- ECO+ @ R70: (0 – 2kg; +R15/kg thereafter) : 3 – 7 days*
- Free Shipping : We use ECO+ if you have a free shipping offer. Check the Announcements Page for any offers.

Shipping NotesÂ
- Shipping times are based on courier business hours.
- You’ll be supplied with tracking information as soon as the courier has collected your order; PLEASE USE IT!
- Your shipping method can be upgraded (ECO+ to Economy, or Economy to Overnight) if your order has not yet been shipped. There is very little that we or you can do about speeding up the delivery time once the order is in transit.
- DO NOT SIGN FOR NOR ACCEPT A DAMAGED PARCEL ON DELIVERY.
Order Cancellation and Returns
- We cannot take responsibility for anything that happens in transit or for missing/ undelivered parcels, but we always strive to be as accommodating as we can.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the order.
- In certain instances, we may allow full-priced returns and they can be awarded as Store Credit. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. See conditions for return below.
- Should You decide to cancel your order before we ship it, You will incur a payment processing fee 10% of your order value.
Conditions for Returns
Please note that the supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized (custom keyboard colors, custom journals, diaries, custom pens, sticky notes, bookmarks etc) cannot be returned.
In the event that the Goods are eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
If eligible, we will cover the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
